Three of my favorite foods are peanut butter, bananas, and chocolate milk. What not a better way to enjoy all three then to combine them into an amazing, delicious smoothie?
Not only is it delicious, it is also very filling. It takes away that chocolate craving without even being unhealthy! I use PB2 powder because it is A LOT healthier than normal peanut butter. You can see on the front label it says it has 85% LESS fat calories than normal peanut butter. 2 tablespoons of this powder mixed with some water only has 1.5g of fat versus 16g of fat in 2 tablespoons of normal peanut butter. Not only that but 2 tablespoons is only 45 calories versus being 190 calories or more!!! And I PROMISE it tastes even better than normal peanut butter. Along with that, I keep this smoothie healthy by using unsweetened Almond Breeze Chocolate Milk. I promise it is sweet enough, with ZERO (I repeat) ZERO grams of sugar!!! Add in one medium organic banana, blend it all up in a blender (I use that mini one) and BAM you have a PB Chocana. I promise you will fall in love with this recipe. It's natural, tastes amazing, and is completely healthy and good for you!
