I want to begin this post by informing you that I have finished THREE full seasons of Greys Anatomy in just 4 days. I know that I sound TOTALLY crazy, but I think Netflix is my escape. Netflix on, World off...literally. I don’t check social media, I don’t obsess over the things that I probably should be doing, in fact, I don’t do anything at all... I just sit around for hours enjoying the greatest shows of all time. Because of my extreme Netflix obsession, I have diagnosed myself with Chronic Binge-Watching Syndrome. I recognize that I should probably be way more productive and make better use of my time but quite frankly I don’t care :) I am perfectly happy pretending that my life is somehow connected to the shows I watch and I take pride in the fact that I actually allow these shows to teach me life lessons. To my fellow Grey’s Anatomy fans: YOU CANNOT TELL ME THAT MEREDITH GREY IS NOT ONE OF THE WISEST WOMEN YOU KNOW?!?! Like seriously, the beginning and end of every single episode of Grey’s Anatomy is a guide to life in the real world. Something tells me that Netflix is really going to help me adjust to living away from home. No way to tell yet, but I’ll get back to you on that. It’s a distraction, a form of entertainment, and it certainly makes time pass more quickly. I guess this goes to show that you don’t always need a PERSON to be there for you... sometimes all you need is a cup of coffee and a great show to get you through the lonely days. If you don’t believe me, see for yourself. In order to make this post actually mean something to you I am going to end it with a few recommendations that will enhance your binge-watching experience:
